muffin beri biru 125 gm butter 120 gm fine granulated sugar (ku reduce to 100 gm je) 3 eggs (size c) 250 gm all purpose flour ( reduce to 230 gm je) 1 tbsp baking powder 125 ml milk ( guna 130 ml ) blueberry pie filling
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluff. Add eggs gradually. Fold in sifted flour and bkg powder. Pour in milk and mix gently. Pipe one third full of the mixture onto paper cups placed in muffin mould (eloknya paip cam berlopak sikit kat tgh). Add in 1 tsp of blueberry pie flling and pipe more batter to fill about 80% of the cups. Bake for about 20-25 mins at 200 C in preheated oven.
