Bersihkan ikan dan ketepikan.<br /> 2. Tumbuk lengkuas, kunyit, bawang merah dan bawang putih sehingga lumat. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam periuk yang ada santan. Masukkan juga asam gelugor. Masak sehingga santan mendidih.<br /> 3. Kemudian masukkan ikan. Biar sehingga ikan masak dan kuah sedikit pekat.<br /> 4. Blend udang kering, bawang merah, bawang putih dan cili.<br /> 2. Potong kecil sotong basah dan daging lembu.<br /> 3. Hiris tauhu goreng nipis-nipis<br /> 4. Cuci mee kuning dan toskan<br /> 5. Potong sayur sawi dan tomato<br /> 6. Untuk memasak perencah mee bandung: Tumis bahan blend tadi menggunakan minyak yang banyak (kerana udang kering akan meresap minyak)<br /> 7. Bila sudah separuh masak masukkan air dan kacau sehingga masak.<br /> 8. Kemudian masukkan gula dan garam. Cuba rasanya samada perlu ditambah gula atau garam lagi. Jika semuanya sudah ok bolehlah dikeluarkan dari kuali tadi.<br /> 9. Untuk memasak mee bandung: Panaskan kuali dan masukkan minyak ,tumiskan bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga garing dan masukkan air ikut berapa ramai yang hendak makan.<br /> 10. Bila air dalam kuali sudah mendidih bolehlah dimasukkan perencah udang tadi.(jika anda mahu kuah pekat masukkan perencah lebih)<br /> 11. Kacau kuah supaya tidak berkerak dan masukkan sotong basah ,daging dan telur satu persatu. Pastikan telur masak kemudian angkat untuk asingkannya supaya tidak hancur.<br /> 12.
